Krassimira Belev is an international actor based between Los Angeles and Sofia. Trained at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute and The University of Hull, she brings depth, elegance, and intensity to her work.
Her recent feature The Therapy, which she also wrote and produced, was widely released theatrically in Bulgaria, earned international awards and festival nominations, and was presented at the Marché du Film during the 2025 Cannes Film Festival.
During Cannes, she was a panelist at Variety Global Conversations for “Filming in Bulgaria” and at Stage 32 at the Film USA Pavilion for “From Local Crews to Global Screens.”
Alongside her screen work, she is the co-founder and public-facing representative of FFC Bulgaria, a women-in-film platform connecting filmmakers with education, industry access, and financing opportunities.
She is also the co-founder of First Draft, a boutique production company developing bold, character-driven stories with an international outlook.
